Friendly reminders

1. Do not accept transportation of (including but not limited to) dangerous goods, money and Perishable cargo in our China domestic express services.

2.“including tax” means rates include destination customs clearance fees.

3. Min chargeable weight is 1 KG and Unit is 0.5 KG.

4. If the document more than 1 kg, will charge as general cargo.

5. Dimensional weight is calculated by multiplying length by width by height of each package (all in centimeters) and dividing by 6,000 (standard density in cubic centimeters per kg).If the dimensional weight exceeds the actual weight, charges based on the dimensional weight will be assessed. Customers who fail to apply the dimensional weight calculation to a package may be assessed dimensional weight charges by IAE express.

6. The cargos shall be subject to the inspection and quarantine, magnetic inspection, to deal with inspection and quarantine, etc., all the expenses shall be pay by the customer and domestic payment.

7. Customs Clearance: The customs clearance process is regulated by the customs authorities of the destination country (Botswana), and it is independent of the Company's operations. Any delays or issues related to customs clearance are not within our control. We will make every effort to assist the Client in facilitating the customs clearance process, but we cannot guarantee specific clearance times.

8. Client Responsibilities: The Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete documentation, including invoices and proof of payment, for goods purchased for shipping through the Company. Failure to provide the necessary documentation may result in delays in customs clearance, for which the Company cannot be held responsible.

9. Shipping Timeframes: While the Company strives to meet the estimated shipping timeframes provided to the Client, it is important to understand that we do not have direct control over the time frame of shipping or customs clearance. The shipping timeframes we provide are approximate and may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as changes in customs regulations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Freight of low density cargo

1.What is low density cargo

Low density cargo refers to some goods that are bulky,have low density, and are relatively light in weight.

2.What is volume weight

Calculation formula for low density cargo volume: volume weight(kg) = Length * width * height(cm) /6000

3.How to calculate the freight for low density cargo

Compare the volume weight of the low density cargo with theactual weight, and take the larger weight.

(For example, the actual weight of a piece of goods is 2KG. The size is 20cm*30cm*40cm so the volume weight is 20cm*30cm*40cm/6000=4KG,which exceeds the actual weight 2KG. Therefore, the freight will be calculated based on 4KG.)

1. The additional weight would be calculated based on 0.5kg when the actual weight is less than 0.5kg, while being calculated based on 1kg when it's more than 0.5kg. (For example, when the actual weight is 2.1kg, the weight will be charged according to 2.5kg; when the actual weight is 2.6kg, the weight will be charged according to 3kg.)

2. As for low density cargo, which refers to some goods that are bulky, have low density, and are relatively light in weight, the weight will be charged according to the volume weight. The calculation formula is volume weight(kg) = Length * width * height(cm) /6000. Compare the volume weight of the low density cargo with theactual weight, and take the larger weight.

3. The freight does not contain any tariffs and VAT at the destination.
